Euchre Creek Farm is a 117 acre, regenerative focused farm just 6 miles inland from the Central Oregon Coast. Since taking over management and starting the farm business in 2018, Sara O'Neill has focused on building a system that utilizes land, water, and animal resources wisely to produce food that she feels proud to offer her chosen community. The animals are rotationally grazed on grass and legume pastures, creating a beautiful mild-flavored meat that is praised by home cooks and chefs alike.
