Our 2025 locker lamb will be harvested and processed by Coastal Cutters (South Beach, Newport, OR) on October 9. Your lamb should be ready to pick up within 10-14 days of harvest.

Plus kill fee and cut and wrap costs, payable to Coastal Cutters.

What happens after I place my deposit?

We will contact you prior to harvest to get your processing instructions. On harvest day, we will give your name and contact information to our processor, who after harvest will contact both us and you to confirm the hanging weight of your share. We will then invoice you the amount owed to us, and you’ll settle your bill independently with the processor when you pick up your meat.

Can I have my meat custom processed?

YES! The fun part! The skilled butchers at Coastal Cutters can process your meat in a variety of ways and can walk you through the cut and wrap sheets. Call them at (541) 867-6328.
